I'm Aradhana Rajpoot, a dedicated Senior Psychologist and Certified Rehabilitation Psychologist with over 15 years of experience across reputed hospitals and clinical settings. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a wide range of challenges — from anxiety and behavioral issues to trauma and psychiatric rehabilitation. My approach combines evidence-based techniques with genuine empathy to support lasting healing.

Using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy, I help clients shift thought patterns, build emotional strength, and rediscover confidence.
